Amounts vary by a factor of eight thousand across the panel, from 200 mg of inulin down to 25 mcg of molybdenum. Worth reading the table rather than the ingredient list alone: milk thistle, ginkgo and green tea each appear at 5 mg, far below the amounts used in published work on those plants, so their presence is better understood as part of the blend than as a meaningful dose of any one of them.
Two percentages that stand out
Chromium is present at 100 mcg, which the label puts at 286% of the Daily Value — by far the highest figure on the panel. Zinc follows at 15 mg, or 136%.
Copper, by contrast, sits at 40 mcg, only 4% of its Daily Value. That pairing deserves attention over a long course: a sustained high intake of zinc reduces the absorption of copper, and the resulting deficiency is documented in clinical literature. One capsule a day is a modest amount of zinc in absolute terms, but anyone also taking a separate zinc product, or planning to stay on ActiVin for many months, should raise the combination with a physician. The formula contains a bee product

One observation about the label
In the ingredient panel on the manufacturer's US card, the botanical name of ginkgo is misprinted: the letter that should be a Latin "b" is a Cyrillic character that looks similar on screen but is a different character entirely. The spelling used in the table above, Ginkgo biloba, is the correct one. The declared amount is unaffected.
