Go Detox 14 Day Cleanse is the complete set for Coral Club's Go Detox program, manufactured in the USA. It contains everything needed for all three stages: 14 packets of Packet #1, 8 packets of Packet #2, 6 packets of Packet #3, 16 pouches of Go Detox Powder and 30 Super-Flora probiotic capsules.
Coral Club describes the program as supporting healthy digestion, a healthy gut microbiome and the body's natural elimination processes.*
After the program, Coral Club advises eating easily digestible foods for the first few days and reintroducing proteins such as dairy and meat gradually. Coral Club recommends using the program no more than once every six months.
Four days without solid food. Stage 2 is effectively a fast combined with fiber and a bowel-stimulating herb. Coral Club directs anyone with a known medical condition, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone taking medication to consult a physician before starting a program that requires fasting. That applies particularly to anyone taking medicines that lower blood sugar or blood pressure, diuretics or digoxin.
Cascara sagrada every day. Every packet in all three stages contains a cascara sagrada tablet, and the packets are taken twice a day, so the program delivers two tablets of this bowel-stimulating herb daily for 14 days. Discontinue use with excessive diarrhea, loose stools or extreme abdominal pain.
Iron. The Ultimate multivitamin tablet in every packet contains iron.

Enough liquid. Go Detox Powder contains psyllium husk and thickens within minutes; it must be mixed just before drinking and followed by a glass of water.
NOTICE: Go Detox Powder should be taken with at least a full glass (8 fluid ounces) of water or other liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
Packet #1 and Packet #2 contain Ultimate, Vitamin C, Alfalfa, Cascara Sagrada, Combination Two (burdock, garlic, red clover, ginger, milk thistle, red raspberry leaf and sage) and Black Walnut Leaves tablets. No clinical study has assessed the Go Detox program. The body clears waste products through the liver and kidneys, and a critical review of commercial detox programs found little evidence that they add to this. The review is listed under Research.

The Go Detox Powder card lists psyllium husk powder 7,080 mg, kaolin powder 4,164 mg, citrus bioflavonoid powder 516 mg, lecithin powder (from soy), prune powder 100.8 mg and glycyrrhiza (licorice). Its supplement facts panel, however, shows a different formula (FOS, persimmon, goji, mandarin peel, garcinia and green tea extracts, taurine and vitamin C). Check the label on the pouches.

Drink plenty of water throughout the program.
Take one Packet #1 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the morning meal, and one Packet #1 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the evening meal.
Take one Packet #2 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the morning meal and with the evening meal. Add 1 pouch of Go Detox Powder to a glass of water or unsweetened fruit or vegetable juice, shake vigorously, drink immediately, then follow with a glass of water. Take the powder four times a day, approximately every 3.5 hours, and at least one glass of water between servings.
Do not mix the powder in advance — it thickens within minutes. Take no solid food and no liquids other than unsweetened juices, mild herbal teas or water during these four days.
Day 12: one Packet #3 with the morning meal and one with the evening meal; one Super-Flora capsule four times a day. Days 13–14: one Packet #3 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the morning meal and with the evening meal.
