Go Detox Packet #3 is the third and final stage of Coral Club's Go Detox program, which Coral Club calls the restoration stage. The box holds 6 packets, used over three days — days 12, 13 and 14 of the program — at two packets a day. The products are manufactured in the USA.
Coral Club states that the vitamin and mineral complex in the packet helps support energy metabolism and normal enzyme function, and that the plant-based ingredients help support normal intestinal motility and digestive comfort.*

Go Detox runs for 14 days in three stages: Packet #1 for days 1 to 7, Packet #2 with Go Detox Powder and a liquid-only regime for days 8 to 11, and Packet #3 for days 12 to 14. Super-Flora probiotic capsules are taken alongside all three stages. Super-Flora is not in this box; it comes in the complete Go Detox 14 Day Cleanse set.
After the program, Coral Club advises eating easily digestible foods for the first few days and reintroducing proteins such as dairy and meat gradually. Coral Club recommends using the program no more than once every six months.
Cascara sagrada stimulates the bowel. Two packets a day means two cascara tablets a day. Coral Club directs discontinuing use with excessive diarrhea, loose stools or extreme abdominal pain.
Ultimate contains iron. The packets must be kept away from children.

Coral Club directs anyone with a known medical condition, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone taking medication to consult a physician before using the product or starting a program that involves fasting. Alfalfa is naturally rich in vitamin K, which matters for anyone taking warfarin.
