Hydramax is a set of three Coral Club products intended to be used together over 30 days. The set contains 30 Coral-Mine sachets, three tubes of PentoKan (60 effervescent tablets) and one bottle of H-500 (60 capsules). The products are manufactured in Japan, Germany and the USA.
Coral-Mine is a mineral product from deep-sea coral collected in the Sea of Japan near the Okinawa and Tokunoshima islands, manufactured in Japan. A sachet is placed in drinking water, which it enriches with minerals. According to its own label, one sachet provides 356 mg of calcium, 15 mg of magnesium and 5 mg of vitamin C. Coral Club states that it helps enrich water and supports hydration and normal mineral balance.*
PentoKan is made in Germany. Each tablet provides 420 mg of potassium (9% of the Daily Value), 100 mg of vitamin C (111% DV) and 20 mg of D-ribose. The tablet is dissolved in water or fruit juice. Potassium helps maintain the body's electrolyte balance.*
H-500 is made in the USA. Each capsule contains 300 mg of a proprietary blend of potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, potassium ascorbate, silicon dioxide and sodium borate. Individual amounts within the blend are not disclosed. Coral Club states that the blend provides antioxidant support and supports physical and mental performance.*
The online card does not publish a day-by-day schedule; Coral Club directs reading the instructions enclosed in the pack before use. The quantities correspond to one Coral-Mine sachet, two PentoKan tablets and two H-500 capsules a day, which sits within each product's own label directions. The enclosed instructions remain the authoritative guide.
Two PentoKan tablets supply 840 mg of potassium, and H-500 adds potassium citrate and potassium ascorbate in undisclosed amounts. For most healthy adults, that is well within normal dietary intake. For anyone with reduced kidney function, or taking medicines that raise blood potassium — ACE inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers, potassium-sparing diuretics such as spironolactone — extra potassium can be a real risk. Speak to a physician before using the set in either case.
Coral Club labels all three products as not containing soy. PentoKan is labeled kosher certified and suitable for vegetarians; H-500 is labeled gluten free. Full details are under Ingredients.
