Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

In one paragraph

We do not sell your personal information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we set no cookies of our own. The only personal information we receive is what you type into the contact form. If you buy from Coral Club, that transaction is theirs, not ours — their privacy policy governs it.

Who is responsible

Arkadius M., 8473 Maple Street, Burlington, VT 05401. Reach us through the contact page.

What we collect

Contact form. Your name, email address, subject and message. We use them to answer you and for nothing else. The form is delivered by a third-party form relay, which processes the submission on our behalf and passes it to our mailbox.

Analytics. We use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool that records page views, referrer, approximate country, browser and screen size in aggregate. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not build a profile across sites. There is nothing in it that identifies you individually.

Server logs. Our host records the usual request data, including IP address, for security and troubleshooting, and discards it on a short cycle.

Your browser's own storage. Small flags — whether you dismissed a pop-up, for example — are kept in your browser. They never reach our servers and clearing your browser data removes them.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising. We run no advertising pixels or retargeting tags. We do not send marketing email — there is no newsletter on this site.

When you leave for Coral Club

Links marked as affiliate links take you to ca.coral.club, carrying our distributor reference code so the order is credited to us. From that point Coral Club is the data controller: what they collect at registration, checkout and delivery is governed by their privacy policy, which we do not control and cannot answer for.

Your rights

Write to us and we will act on it: ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for asking.

California residents. The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. As described above we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the right to know, correct and delete applies, and the contact page is how you exercise it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in silently.
