Colostrum Plus is a dietary supplement manufactured in the USA for Coral Club. A two-capsule serving carries 500 mg of bovine colostrum and 100 mg of beta-glucans from baker's yeast, and the bottle holds 120 capsules.
Stated first because it decides whether the rest is relevant. Colostrum is produced by cows, and Coral Club carries an explicit allergen declaration on the card: contains milk, and separately, contains lactose.
Anyone with a milk protein allergy should avoid the product. Anyone with lactose intolerance should weigh it against their own threshold, and note that the card gives no lactose amount. The capsule shell is plant-based, but that does not make the contents so — the product is not suitable for a vegan diet.

Beta-glucans are described as naturally occurring polysaccharides that help support immune function and the body's natural defenses, support cellular immune function and contribute to balanced immune responses.* Taken together, Coral Club states the product supports the body's natural defenses, helps maintain gastrointestinal health and supports natural recovery processes.*
Colostrum is valued for its immunoglobulin content, and IgG is the fraction usually declared on colostrum products. This label states 500 mg of colostrum without an IgG percentage, so the amount of the component that matters most cannot be established from the card, and 500 mg here is not comparable with 500 mg of a standardized preparation.
The beta-glucans are identified by source — baker's yeast — and by linkage type, 1,3 and 1,6, which is the relevant distinction from the 1,3/1,4 beta-glucans of oats and barley. No purity figure is declared.
Coral Club declares the product gluten free, free of soy, made with plant-based capsules, and containing lactose. The only other ingredient is the capsule shell of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and water.
