Daily Delicious Beauty Protein Mix is a powdered shake manufactured in Leipzig, Germany, and sold by Coral Club in 500 g cans (20 servings). One 25 g serving — two heaping scoops — contains 13 g of protein from milk protein (calcium caseinate), whey protein concentrate and soy protein isolate, together with Verisol® bovine collagen peptides, vitamins A, C and E, niacin, folate, biotin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, selenium and copper. The powder alone has 80 calories and 8 g of carbohydrate. Coral Club recommends one shake a day, mixed with 250 ml of milk.
Coral Club presents the shake as a tasty, protein-rich snack that helps keep you full, supports muscles after workouts and fits a weight-management routine, with nutrients chosen for skin, hair and nails.*
The blend combines casein from milk, whey and soy protein. Casein is digested slowly, whey quickly, and soy adds a plant protein, so the mix releases amino acids over a longer time than a single protein would. Studies of casein and whey have found that they affect appetite hormones and fullness differently. Made with 250 ml of 1.5% milk, as the directions suggest, one shake provides about 195 calories and 21 g of protein, according to Coral Club.
Verisol® is a branded form of hydrolyzed collagen peptides from Germany. Collagen is the main structural protein of skin, and its production declines with age. Controlled trials of Verisol® used 2.5 g a day and reported improvements in skin elasticity and in nail growth; the card does not state how much collagen one serving of this shake contains.
Among the vitamins and minerals, vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, biotin, niacin and pantothenic acid support the normal metabolism of skin and hair, and copper is involved in the formation of connective tissue.* Selenium and vitamins C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress.* The mix also contains 25 mg of PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid).
The card's % Daily Values are based on the older FDA reference amounts. Using the current Daily Values, one serving provides about 162% of vitamin C, 137% of biotin, 91% of selenium, 80% of pantothenic acid, 56% of copper, 55% of folate, 36% of vitamin A, 30% of niacin, 25% of vitamin E and 12% of magnesium. If you also take a multivitamin, count these amounts in.
The shake is sweetened with erythritol and steviol glycosides; erythritol can have a laxative effect when too much is consumed. It contains milk and soy and may contain traces of egg. The collagen is bovine, so the product is not suitable for vegetarians. Coral Club describes it as non-GMO and gluten free with no trans fats.
Shelf life is 1.5 years. Protect from heat, light and moisture, store in a dry place at no more than 77°F (25°C), and keep out of reach of children.

Mix 2 heaping scoops (25 g) with 250 ml (about 8.5 fl oz) of 1.5% milk and shake for about 2 minutes. Take one serving a day.
A 500 g can makes 20 shakes, 20 days at one a day. The card's preparation guide also allows water instead of milk; the shake is then lower in calories and protein than the 195 calories and 21 g of protein Coral Club gives for the milk version. A shaker with a whisk ball helps avoid lumps.
