Libidextra Men+Women is a set of two separate dietary supplements manufactured in Bulgaria for Coral Club: Libidextra For Women and Libidextra Men. The two share a few supporting ingredients but are built around different main components, and each is meant only for the person it is labeled for. Each bottle contains 30 plant-based capsules.
Coral Club describes Libidextra For Women as supporting healthy female libido and intimate wellness, and Libidextra Men as supporting male sexual health and libido, healthy blood flow and prostate health.*
Libidextra For Women
Each capsule contains 200 mg of Libifem®, a standardized fenugreek seed extract, 250 mg of evening primrose seed oil, 30 mg of L-arginine, niacin 8 mg (50% DV), biotin 40 mcg (133% DV), selenium 25 mcg (45% DV) and damask rose oil.
In its published placebo-controlled study, 80 women aged 20 to 49 took 600 mg of Libifem® a day for two menstrual cycles and reported higher sexual desire and arousal scores than placebo. The extract also raised free testosterone and estradiol, so the formula should not be treated as hormone-neutral. Libidextra For Women provides 200 to 400 mg a day at its labeled amount.
Libidextra Men
Each capsule contains 200 mg of EnoSTIM™, a blend of grape fruit extract, apple skin extract and saffron stigma powder, together with 250 mg of cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil, 50 mg of pine phytosterols, 30 mg of L-arginine, niacin 8 mg (50% DV), selenium 25 mcg (45% DV) and damask rose oil. The proportions within the EnoSTIM™ blend are not disclosed.
Coral Club states that the polyphenols in EnoSTIM™ have been studied for their role in supporting healthy blood flow and nitric oxide pathways, and that pumpkin seed oil provides phytosterols that support prostate health.*
Different directions for each
- Libidextra For Women: adults take 1–2 capsules daily with meals for one month; the course may be repeated if necessary. The 30 capsules last 15 to 30 days.
- Libidextra Men: adults take 2–3 capsules daily with meals for one month; the course may be repeated. The 30 capsules last 10 to 15 days.
Neither bottle holds a full month at the upper amount on its label.
Who should check with a doctor first
Coral Club lists individual intolerance to the components as a precaution and directs anyone pregnant or breastfeeding to consult a doctor before use. Libidextra For Women's fenugreek raised sex hormone levels in its study, can lower blood sugar and is related to peanuts and chickpeas. Libidextra Men contains saffron, which is avoided in pregnancy in supplement amounts. Anyone taking anticoagulants, hormone therapy or medicines for blood pressure or blood sugar should consult a physician before using either product. Changes in sexual function, urination or prostate health warrant a medical check rather than self-treatment.

Both products use plant-based capsules and are labeled suitable for vegetarians. Shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, out of reach of children.

Precautions

- Blood sugar and clotting: fenugreek can lower blood sugar; fenugreek, evening primrose oil and saffron may add to the effect of anticoagulants.
- Allergies: do not use the women's formula with an allergy to fenugreek; take care with peanut or chickpea allergy.
- Men: changes in erections, urination or prostate health should be assessed by a doctor.
- Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if any adverse reaction occurs.
