Parashield Plus is a set of eight Coral Club products used together as a 60-day program. It is the extended version of the 30-day Parashield set, adding Coral Black Walnut, Assimilator and Pau D'Arco with Selenium.
Coral Club describes the program as supporting healthy digestion, healthy intestinal microflora and the immune system.*
Coral Club markets the Parashield programs in connection with intestinal parasites. A parasitic infection is a medical condition: it needs a diagnosis, usually a stool test, and prescription treatment chosen by a doctor. Dietary supplements are not intended for that purpose, and this page makes no such claim. Anyone who suspects parasites — for example after travel, or with persistent digestive symptoms or weight loss — should see a doctor.
The Parashield Plus card does not state how many capsules or sachets of each product the set contains. The daily schedule is on the instructions inside the package.
Coral Club recommends that anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, with a pre-existing medical condition, or with food allergies or intolerances consult a healthcare practitioner first. Several ingredients also interact with medicines or allergies:
Shelf life is 2 years from the date of production. Store in a dry place below 77°F (25°C), away from light and out of reach of children. Coral Club states the set does not contain soy.

The individual product labels give these directions: ParaFight, two capsules twice a day with a meal; Coral Black Walnut, two capsules twice a day with a meal; Coral Burdock Root, one capsule three times a day with a meal; Assimilator, one capsule daily with a meal; Pau D'Arco with Selenium, one or two capsules daily with a meal; MSM, one capsule daily with a meal; Super-Flora, one capsule before meals once or twice a day; Coral-Mine, one sachet in 1.5 liters of drinking water. The package instructions take precedence.

No clinical study has assessed Parashield Plus or its components as a program. The sources below concern safety aspects of individual ingredients: an ethnopharmacological review of pau d'arco, a report on the interaction between warfarin and danshen, and a review of the risk and safety of probiotics.
