Recover Pack is a set of seven Coral Club products used together for 30 days, manufactured in the USA, Taiwan and Germany. Coral Club describes it as supporting the body's natural recovery processes during periods of physical stress or fatigue, including electrolyte and mineral balance, digestive function, relaxation, restful sleep and normal immune function.*

Griffonia seed extract is a natural source of 5-HTP, a precursor of serotonin. Anyone taking antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAO inhibitors), triptans, tramadol or other serotonergic medicines should not use the set without medical advice, because combining them can raise serotonin to unsafe levels. Do not combine Griffonia with Coral Club's Evening Formula or MindSet, which contain St John's wort, without medical advice.
Oceanmin and PentoKan K+ both supply potassium and Oceanmin supplies magnesium. For most healthy adults these amounts are well tolerated, but anyone with reduced kidney function, or taking ACE inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers or potassium-sparing diuretics, should consult a physician first. Each Selenium capsule provides 75 mcg; count selenium from other supplements toward the adult upper limit of 400 mcg a day.
Shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at no more than 25°C (77°F), out of reach of children.

Individual product labels direct: Oceanmin, 1 stick in 0.75–1 liter of water during the day after meals; PentoKan K+, 1 tablet in 60 ml of water or juice once or twice a day with a meal; Coral Artichoke, 1 capsule twice a day with a meal; Selenium, 1 capsule daily with a meal; MSM, 1 capsule daily with a meal; Super-Flora, 1 capsule before meals once or twice a day; Griffonia, as directed on its label. The package instructions take precedence.
