AquaOx is a dietary supplement manufactured in the USA for Coral Club. One bottle holds 60 vegetable capsules, and the directed amount is one capsule twice a day with a meal — a bottle therefore covers 30 days.
Every capsule carries pomegranate fruit extract 200 mg, acai fruit extract 200 mg, cocoa bean extract 40 mg and rosemary leaf extract 20 mg. Coral Club describes the blend as providing antioxidant support to help protect against oxidative stress, while supporting immune function, cardiovascular health and cognitive performance.* Extract by extract, the card states:
Coverage is uneven, and worth knowing before choosing the product for any one ingredient. Cocoa flavanols carry the strongest human evidence base of the four, with dose-response work on endothelial function. Pomegranate has meta-analyzed data on oxidative stress biomarkers. Acai has a smaller body of human work, summarized in review form.
Rosemary is the outlier: at 20 mg per capsule it is the smallest component, and published human trials of oral rosemary extract are few and mostly outside the antioxidant question. No source is listed for it under Research, because none of the available ones would fairly support a statement about this amount.
Capsule shells are made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and gellan gum, with microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate as the other ingredients. Coral Club declares the product gluten free, free of soy, made with plant-based capsules and suitable for vegetarians.

The FDA has not established a Daily Value for any of the four, which the dashes mark. At two capsules a day the totals are 400 mg pomegranate, 400 mg acai, 80 mg cocoa and 40 mg rosemary extract.
The card does not state the extraction ratio or the standardization of any extract, so 200 mg here cannot be compared directly with 200 mg of another manufacturer's preparation.
