The online card does not publish which product is taken on which day or in what amount. That schedule is on the instructions enclosed in the pack, and Coral Club directs reading them before starting. The quantities hint at the structure — several products come in counts of 10, enough for a single phase — but the enclosed sheet is the only authoritative guide.

Coral Club lists individual intolerance to any component, pregnancy and diarrhea as reasons not to use the program, and recommends consulting a doctor before use. The Directions tab sets out further points drawn from the labels of the individual products.
The program as a whole carries no gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan label. Coral Lecithin contains soy and uses a gelatin capsule, so the pack is not suitable for a vegetarian or soy-free diet.
