Promarine Collagen Peptides is hydrolyzed marine collagen in liquid form, supplied in 50 ml glass vials and manufactured in Taiwan. Coral Club's label directs adults to take one 50 ml vial once a day with a meal. The one-month course in this set is three boxes for 30 days. Coral Club labels it suitable for pescatarians and free of soy.

Collagen is the main structural protein of the skin, and the body's own production declines with age. Hydrolyzed collagen is collagen broken down into shorter peptides. Coral Club presents the drink as supporting smooth skin, shiny hair and strong nails.*

Skin Harmony Biocellulose Facial Mask

The Skin Harmony mask is a biocellulose sheet mask soaked in a serum that Coral Club describes as containing seawater, metabiotics, ceramides, moringa seed extract and seaweed extracts. According to Coral Club, it gently revitalizes tired-looking skin that has lost some of its tone.

Ceramides are lipids naturally present in the outer layer of the skin, where they help hold moisture in. Moringa seed extract comes from the drumstick tree, Moringa oleifera.

Biocellulose is a fine natural fiber produced by bacterial fermentation. It clings closely to the contours of the face, which keeps the serum in contact with the skin. The set card does not give the full INCI ingredient list of the mask.

What the evidence says about oral collagen

Meta-analyses of randomized trials have reported improvements in skin hydration and elasticity with oral hydrolyzed collagen, but the trials differ widely in product, dose and duration, and many were industry-funded.
