Built-in MPPT maximizes solar input for faster recharge. The system can draw up to 1200 watts from solar panels. By tracking panel voltage across shifts in sunlight intensity, the regulator cuts daylight top-ups to under five hours, so panels deliver steady, optimized performance throughout the day.

Dual charging taps both AC and solar sources simultaneously, pushing a peak input of 1800 watts that fills the battery in roughly 3.33 hours. No manual switching. The system balances incoming power automatically, so technicians at remote worksites or first responders can prioritize uptime over adjustments.

Simultaneous AC and solar input boosts the EP500’s recharge rate well above single-source charging. The built-in MPPT controller draws maximum power from photovoltaic panels and the grid simultaneously, adjusting input automatically to maintain optimal recharge speeds during fluctuating conditions. No manual switching needed. This hybrid mode restores capacity faster after an outage or heavy load than either input alone.

Adaptable power hub: ports, UPS backup and expansion options

Versatile output ports. They turn the EP500 into a flexible power hub capable of running appliances, electronics, lighting, and critical communication equipment simultaneously. It also features 120-volt AC outlets alongside 12-volt/10-amp DC ports, USB-A Quick Charge, and 100-watt USB-C connections. RV terminals, DC 5521 ports, and wireless charging pads enable powering multiple devices at once and planning for future expansion.

UPS mode kicks in instantly. When grid power drops, the station switches to its internal battery without missing a beat, protecting critical equipment from interruptions. Split phase bonding lets you link two EP500 units with an optional kit to double AC capacity and enable two-phase operation at 220/240 volt. Growing power demands call for scalable setups from single-unit backup to parallel configurations for enhanced reliability.

Multiple 120 V AC, DC, USB-A/C, RV and wireless ports for diverse loads

EP500 features a wide range of outputs, including AC and DC sockets, USB-A and USB-C ports, a dedicated RV connector and built-in wireless charging to cover virtually every device type. No adapters are required.

Three 12-volt, 10-amp DC outlets power low-voltage devices, while the 12-volt, 30-amp RV connector handles caravans and boats, so each accessory draws consistent clean energy from the same unit. No adapter swaps needed.

UPS mode, split phase bonding and touchscreen/app control with EP500 Pro comparison

EP500 delivers uninterruptible power and supports split-phase bonding. It offers touchscreen control. The Pro model pushes continuous output to three thousand watts and cuts recharge time, all manageable through the HMI or a mobile app.

When the grid fails, EP500 switches instantly to battery power without interruption, protecting critical loads, and two units can be linked with the Split Phase Box to deliver a combined output of six thousand watts. No downtime.
