Coral Club states that Memo-Prime helps support memory and focus during periods of increased mental effort, that magnesium supports normal nervous system function, and that omega-3 fatty acids support brain health.* Full compositions of O!Mega-3 TG and GreenGreen are not published on Coral Club's US store.
How the program is used
The program runs for 30 days in three steps. The online card does not publish the step-by-step schedule; follow the instructions inside the package. The quantities differ between products — for example, 10 capsules of Coral Carnitine and 20 of Coral Magnesium against 30 of most others — so not every product is taken every day.
Before starting
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding and sensitivities: Coral Club directs anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or sensitive to any component, to consult a healthcare professional first.
- Thyroid: Coral Club also directs anyone with a thyroid condition or taking iodine-containing products to consult a healthcare professional or endocrinologist before use.
- Allergens: Coral Lecithin contains soy; O!Mega-3 TG contains fish oil; Coral Lecithin and Coral Magnesium use gelatin capsules.
- Blood thinners: omega-3 fatty acids and grape polyphenols may add to their effect; consult a physician.
- Caffeine: Memo-Prime contains green tea extract.
A note on the name
"Mental Force" is a product name. The program is a set of dietary supplements; sleep, rest and professional help still come first when stress, low mood or poor concentration persist.
Storage
Shelf life is 2 years. Protect from heat, light and moisture and store in a dry place at no more than 25°C (77°F), out of reach of children.

No clinical study has assessed the Mental Force program as a whole. The sources below concern selected ingredients: a randomized trial of a grape and blueberry polyphenol extract in older adults, a review of choline as an essential nutrient, and a review of the effects of DHA in brain development and function.
