The Coral Club pack combines two products for one month of use: Promarine Collagen Peptides (3 packs of 10 vials, 30 in total) and Coral-Mine (30 sachets). Promarine Collagen Peptides is manufactured in Taiwan and Coral-Mine in Japan.
Promarine Collagen Peptides is hydrolyzed marine collagen in liquid form, supplied in 50 ml glass vials. Coral Club's label directs adults to take one 50 ml vial once a day with a meal, so the 30 vials cover the month. Coral Club presents it as a drink for glowing, smooth skin, shiny hair and strong nails.*
Collagen is the main structural protein of skin, tendons and bone. Hydrolyzed collagen has been broken down into shorter peptides. Coral Club's US pages do not publish a supplement facts panel for this product, so the collagen amount per vial and any added vitamins or sweeteners are not stated here; check the vial label.
For each Promarine Collagen Peptides product sold, Coral Club states that its partner 4Ocean removes one pound of plastic from the ocean.
Coral-Mine is a mineral product made in Japan from fossilized deep-sea scleractinian coral collected in the Sea of Japan, near the islands of Okinawa and Tokunoshima. A sachet is placed, unopened, in drinking water. According to its own label, one sachet provides 356 mg of calcium, 15 mg of magnesium and 5 mg of vitamin C. Coral Club states that it enriches water with minerals and improves its taste.
Meta-analyses of randomized trials have reported improvements in skin hydration and elasticity with oral hydrolyzed collagen, but the trials vary widely in product, dose and duration. No study has assessed this pack or Promarine Collagen Peptides itself. Sources are listed under Research.

Coral-Mine: place 1 sachet, without opening, in 1.5 liters of drinking water (the amount of water can be reduced two to three times). The water is ready to drink after 5 minutes and is best drunk during the day.
