Go Detox Packet #1 is the first stage of Coral Club's Go Detox program, which Coral Club calls the preparation stage. The box holds 14 packets for days 1 to 7 of the program: one packet with the morning meal and one with the evening meal, each together with a Super-Flora capsule. The products are manufactured in the USA.
Coral Club states that the vitamin and mineral complex in the packet helps support energy metabolism and normal enzyme function, and that the plant-based ingredients help support normal intestinal motility and digestive comfort.*

Go Detox runs for 14 days: Packet #1 for days 1–7, then Packet #2 with Go Detox Powder and a four-day liquid-only regime for days 8–11, and Packet #3 for days 12–14. Super-Flora is taken alongside all three stages; it is not included in this box and comes in the complete Go Detox 14 Day Cleanse set. During the first stage, meals are eaten as usual and plenty of water is advised.
Coral Club directs anyone with a known medical condition, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone taking medication to consult a physician before use, and before starting a program that later requires fasting. Each packet contains a cascara sagrada tablet, a bowel-stimulating herb, so two packets a day means two tablets a day for seven days. Discontinue use with excessive diarrhea, loose stools or extreme abdominal pain. Alfalfa is rich in vitamin K, and garlic can affect clotting, which matters for anyone taking warfarin.

Shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C (77°F), out of reach of children. Coral Club recommends using the Go Detox program once every six months.

Drink plenty of water. Take one Packet #1 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the morning meal, and one Packet #1 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the evening meal.
Super-Flora is not included in this box. After day 7, the program continues with Packet #2 and Go Detox Powder (days 8–11) and Packet #3 (days 12–14). For the first few days after completing the whole program, eat easily digestible foods and reintroduce proteins (dairy and meats) gradually.
