Go Detox Packet #2 is the second stage of Coral Club's Go Detox program, which Coral Club calls the elimination stage. The box holds 8 packets for days 8 to 11 of the program: one packet with the morning meal and one with the evening meal. The products are manufactured in the USA.
Coral Club states that the vitamin and mineral complex in the packet helps support energy metabolism and normal enzyme function, and that the plant-based ingredients help support normal intestinal motility and digestive comfort.*
Packet #2 is not taken on its own. During days 8–11 the directions also call for one pouch of Go Detox Powder four times a day, about every 3.5 hours, and one Super-Flora capsule with each packet. No solid food is eaten during these four days — only unsweetened juices, mild herbal teas and water. Neither Go Detox Powder nor Super-Flora is included in this box; both come in the complete Go Detox 14 Day Cleanse set.
Coral Club directs anyone with a known medical condition, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone taking medication to consult a physician before starting a program that requires fasting. That applies particularly to anyone taking medicines for blood sugar or blood pressure, diuretics or digoxin.
Each packet contains a cascara sagrada tablet, a bowel-stimulating herb, so two packets a day means two tablets a day. Discontinue use with excessive diarrhea, loose stools or extreme abdominal pain. Alfalfa is rich in vitamin K, and garlic can affect clotting, which matters for anyone taking warfarin.

Coral Club advises eating easily digestible foods for the first few days after completing Go Detox and reintroducing proteins such as dairy and meat gradually, and recommends using the program once every six months.

Other ingredients across the tablets and capsules include microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium salt of fatty acid, citrus pectin, citrus bioflavonoids, hydrogenated vegetable oil, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsules and tablet coatings (polyethylene glycol, carnauba wax). A dash means no Daily Value has been established.

Take one Packet #2 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the morning meal, and one Packet #2 plus one Super-Flora capsule with the evening meal.
Add 1 pouch of Go Detox Powder to a glass of water or unsweetened fruit or vegetable juice. Shake vigorously and drink immediately, then follow with a glass of water. Take four times a day, approximately every 3.5 hours. Do not mix in advance — the powder thickens within minutes. Take at least one glass of water between servings.
Take no solid food and no liquids other than unsweetened juices, mild herbal teas or water during these four days. Go Detox Powder and Super-Flora are not included in this box.
NOTICE: Go Detox Powder should be taken with at least a full glass (8 fluid ounces) of water or other liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
