Go Detox Mix, 16 Packets

Go Detox Mix is a powdered dietary supplement manufactured in the USA and used during stage 2 (days 8–11) of Coral Club's 14-day Go Detox program. The box holds 16 packets: one packet four times a day for four days.

Coral Club describes it as providing gentle cleansing and digestive support and helping maintain regularity.*

Two compositions on one card

Coral Club's US card for this product is internally inconsistent, and this page does not merge the two versions:

• The description and ingredient list name psyllium husk powder 7,080 mg, kaolin powder 4,164 mg, citrus bioflavonoid powder 516 mg, lecithin powder (from soy), prune powder 100.8 mg and glycyrrhiza (licorice). Coral Club states that psyllium supports regularity and normal intestinal function.*
• The supplement facts panel lists, per stick pack, FOS (chicory root fiber) 2 g, a vegetable blend of persimmon fruit and goji berry 1.4 g, mandarin orange peel extract 0.8 g, garcinia fruit extract 0.5 g, green tea leaf extract 0.3 g, taurine 250 mg and vitamin C 100 mg (111% DV), with xylitol, citric acid and steviol glycosides.

These are two different products. The supplement facts panel shown is identical to the panel of Coral Club's Slim by Slim, which suggests it was attached to the Go Detox Mix card by mistake and that the ingredient list describes the actual powder. Check the label on your packets to confirm, and read the matching precautions below.

How it is used in the program

During days 8–11, add one packet to a glass of water or unsweetened fruit or vegetable juice, shake vigorously, drink immediately, and follow with a glass of water — four times a day, about every 3.5 hours. At the same time, Packet #2 and Super-Flora are taken morning and evening. No solid food is eaten during these four days; only unsweetened juices, mild herbal teas and water.

Before starting

Coral Club directs anyone with a known medical condition, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone taking medication to consult a physician before use or before starting a program that requires fasting. Discontinue use with excessive diarrhea, loose stools or extreme abdominal pain.

If the label lists psyllium and kaolin: psyllium swells and must be taken with plenty of liquid; kaolin can bind medicines, so take them well apart. The formula also lists soy lecithin.

NOTICE: This product should be taken with at least a full glass (8 fluid ounces) of water or other liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.

If the label lists garcinia and green tea extract: garcinia cambogia, alone or with green tea extract, has been linked to cases of liver injury. Stop and seek medical advice if abdominal pain, dark urine or yellowing of the skin or eyes develops. The formula also contains xylitol.

Storage

Shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store in a dry place at room temperature, out of reach of children.
