Libidextra For Women is a dietary supplement manufactured in Bulgaria for Coral Club. Each plant-based capsule contains 200 mg of Libifem®, a standardized fenugreek seed extract, together with 250 mg of evening primrose seed oil, 30 mg of L-arginine, damask rose oil, niacin, biotin and selenium. Coral Club states that the capsule uses micropellet technology.
Coral Club describes the product as supporting healthy female libido and intimate wellness, and women's comfort and well-being during monthly hormonal changes and midlife transitions.*
Libifem® and the published study
Libifem® is the main ingredient. Its published randomized, placebo-controlled study enrolled 80 healthy menstruating women aged 20 to 49 who reported low sexual desire. Participants took 600 mg a day of the extract for two menstrual cycles; the active group showed higher sexual desire and arousal scores than placebo, and also increases in free testosterone and estradiol.
Two points follow from that study. First, Libidextra provides 200 mg per capsule — 200 to 400 mg a day at the labeled amount, below the 600 mg used in the trial. Second, the extract measurably changed sex hormone levels, so the formula should not be thought of as hormone-neutral. The study is listed under Research.
The other ingredients
- Evening primrose seed oil, 250 mg, stabilized with mixed tocopherols. Coral Club states that it supports women's well-being during monthly hormonal changes and midlife transitions.*
- Niacin, 8 mg (50% DV), and biotin, 40 mcg (133% DV), which support normal energy metabolism.*
- Selenium, 25 mcg (45% DV), which provides antioxidant support.*
- L-arginine, 30 mg, an amino acid involved in nitric oxide metabolism.
- Damask rose oil, 100 mcg, included for its fragrance.
How long a bottle lasts
The label directs 1–2 capsules daily with meals for one month. A bottle holds 30 capsules, so it covers a month at one capsule a day but only 15 days at two.
Who should check with a doctor first
Coral Club directs anyone pregnant or breastfeeding to consult a doctor before use. Fenugreek is traditionally avoided in pregnancy. Because the fenugreek extract raised free testosterone and estradiol in its study, anyone with a hormone-sensitive condition or using hormonal contraception or hormone therapy should also ask a physician. Fenugreek can lower blood sugar and is related to peanuts and chickpeas, and both fenugreek and evening primrose oil may add to the effect of anticoagulants.

- Fenugreek can give sweat and urine a maple-syrup odor; this is harmless.
- Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if any adverse reaction occurs.
