The card lists every vitamin at 100% and describes one tablet as providing the complete daily requirement. Those figures match European reference values. Against current US Daily Values, the amounts range from about 82% (vitamin B6) to 167% (biotin), as shown under Ingredients. Folic acid in particular is 200 mcg — half of the 400 mcg that US guidance recommends for anyone who could become pregnant, so Tasty B does not take the place of a prenatal supplement.
Who should check first
Coral Club lists individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and bowel dysfunction among its precautions and recommends consulting a doctor before use. The tablets are sweetened with sorbitol, which in larger amounts can loosen stools.
