CircuPhyt is a dietary supplement manufactured in the USA for Coral Club. Each capsule carries six plant-derived ingredients, and the bottle holds 60 capsules — a 60-day supply at the directed one capsule a day.
Diosmin 250 mg, gotu kola whole plant extract 100 mg, horse chestnut seed extract 100 mg, blueberry fruit extract 100 mg, hawthorn berry extract 60 mg and ginkgo leaf extract 40 mg. The diosmin is derived from hesperidin, a citrus bioflavonoid.
Worth being clear about, since the ingredients themselves are plant-derived: the shell is not. Coral Club declares "Capsules made from beef gelatin" among the product labels, and the other-ingredients list agrees — magnesium stearate, gelatin and water. The product is therefore not suitable for a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Worth noting in passing that this card is internally consistent on the point, which several other Coral Club cards are not.

Published work on venous symptoms uses micronized purified flavonoid fraction — a diosmin-based preparation — at around 1000 mg a day, and horse chestnut seed extract standardized to a set escin content. This label declares 250 mg of diosmin and 100 mg of horse chestnut extract per capsule, at one capsule a day, with no standardization figure for any ingredient.
That gap is worth holding in mind when reading the sources under Research: they describe those preparations at those doses, not this formula.
Raw horse chestnut seed contains esculin, which is why preparations intended for use are processed to remove it and standardized to their escin content instead. The card states neither, so what the 100 mg represents cannot be established from the label.
Ginkgo is among the botanicals most often flagged for interaction with anticoagulant and antiplatelet medicines, and hawthorn has been reported to interact with cardiac medication. The amounts here are modest, but anyone taking either class of medicine should consult a physician before use, and mention the supplement ahead of any surgery.
Coral Club's stated precaution is that anyone pregnant or nursing should consult a healthcare practitioner before taking the product.
