LymFlow is a dietary supplement manufactured in the USA for Coral Club. Each capsule contains four plant extracts: cherry (Prunus cerasus) pedicle extract 150 mg, black currant (Ribes nigrum) leaf extract 150 mg, parsley (Petroselinum sativum) leaf extract 75 mg and hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis) flower extract 50 mg. The lymphatic system is a network of vessels and nodes that returns excess fluid from tissues to the bloodstream and is part of the immune system. It has no pump of its own; lymph moves mainly through muscle activity and breathing, which is why regular movement matters for it.
Persistent swelling of the legs, arms or face, or swelling that appears suddenly, can have serious causes involving the heart, kidneys, veins or lymph vessels. It should be assessed by a doctor rather than addressed with a supplement.
The supplement facts panel lists microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose capsule. The card's badge says "capsules made from beef gelatin", which contradicts the panel. Coral Club labels the product gluten free and free of soy.
Shelf life is 2 years. Store in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at no more than 77°F (25°C), out of reach of children.
